※Description:

Peanut Butter Grinder is a kind of wet processing of ultrafine particles reduction equipment. It integrates multifunction of pre-milling, grinding, emulsifying, mixing all together in one grinder. Peanut Butter Grinder is wet milling of fluids and high-viscosity liquid and emulsions, both oily and wet type nuts and fruit can be processed. Peanut Butter Grinder has 3 stage grinding, they are primary grinding, fine grinding and ultrafine grinding, through adjusting the gap of grinding parts, peanut grinder can reach to superior optimized grinding effect once.

Peanut butter making machine combines various properties of homogenizer, ball mill, three-roller, shearing machine, mixer, etc. It has superior effects of superfine pulverization, dispersing emulsification, homogenization and mixing.

Through the different movements of the stator and the relative movement of the rotor under high-speed rotation, when the material to be processed passes the adjustable weight of the stator and rotor under the action of self-weight, gas pressure and centrifugal force, it receives strong shearing force and friction.

The combined force of impact force, high-frequency vibration, etc., is effectively crushed, dispersed and emulsified and mixed, and the finished product has a particle size of 2-50 microns. Homogenization is higher than 90%.
